RTCware LLC is a Delaware corporation founded in June 2003 with the vision of providing highly effective, technology-based communication and learning solutions to the enterprise, education, and governmental sectors. The founding partners have extensive experience in both technology and learning over three decades, and have identified a significant opportunity for an organization that can create effective applications of emerging technologies into the real worlds of the company’s target sectors.

One of the key understandings that under girds RTCware’s strategy is that innovative technologies must be applied effectively to perceived client needs in order to produce profitable business results. This application orientation guides RTCware’s decision making regarding target markets, product development and strategic alliances.

With the acquisition of H.323 Broadcasting and OrionsWave in December 2004, RTCware moved from a tight focus on the application and marketing of new technologies to a company whose own innovations now provide break-through solutions to real-world business problems. This orientation has led to the creation of two complimentary strategies, one focused on communications technologies and the second on the development and marketing of technology-based learning content.

Our technology application strategy is implemented through two of RTCware’s lines-of-business RTC Broadcasting and Marratech IP-based Video Conferencing.

RTC Broadcasting (RTCB) is lead by Chief Technology Officer Nils Lahr. RTCB is focused on the development of innovative software solutions to important challenges in the areas of video communications technology and network management. Marratech IP-Based Video Conferencing has evolved through a strategic relationship with Marratech AB, a Swedish company that has developed Marratech Pro, a break-through approach to providing video content over Internet Protocol (IP). Marratech Pro is the most complete and reliable product to date that integrates real-time video, audio, instant messaging and a collaboration whiteboard into a converged platform delivered over the Internet through Internet Protocol (IP) technology. RTCware LLC is a certified reseller of Marratech Pro and we have been actively involved in shaping the product’s development path and marketing strategy through a close relationship with Marratech’s executive team.

Our content development strategy, which utilizes the tools developed on the technology side of our business, is focused in Penn Rhoads Institute. Founded in February 2004, Penn Rhoads Institute, LLC (PRi) is a targeted learning and assessment company focused on providing enterprise-wide tools and training that improve enterprise value. From its inception, PRi has benefited from a key strategic alliance with CE Technologies, a leading provider of corporate skills assessment tools and products.

At this time PRI’s solutions are designed specifically for insurance, risk managers and financial services professionals. While PRI is a relatively new organization, the products and services it provides are the results of the founders’ learning and technology developments over the past ten years. All PRI programs meet the growing demand of corporate enterprise for topically specific and time sensitive training and delivery coupled with manageable skill-set assessment testing.
